We send our newspaper bi-monthly (on the 1st and 15th of every month) in HTML 1 format.

If all goes well -- our email should display like this in your email app:

We email only LINKS to download our PDF copies.

If our text and/or links are missing from our email -- or you are receiving blank white pages -- one of these are the likely culprit (done in the background as a precaution or misconfiguration):

1. Your email server (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, ect.) could be stripping the HTML code or links.
2. Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) could be stripping the HTML code or links.
3. Your email app could be stripping the HTML code or links per a user or default preference.
4. Your business IT/ADMIN could be stripping the HTML code or links.
5. Any of the above could be configured to block group mailings (our group is over 600 recipients).
6. Anything between our computer, our mail server in Florida, and your computer could also be stripping the HTML code or links.
7. Intermittent server hiccups (ours, yours, and all servers in between our computers) are very common occurrences -- try accessing the website, page or download again later. A server hiccup may have corrupted our email from transmitting correctly.
8. If our graphics (logo header) is not loading, please look for an option "Download Photos" and click on it.
9. Quitting the download too soon* -- our PDFs can be more than 15MB -- allow extra time for them to download.

*Fast Internet service (cable, DSL, Wi-Fi, 5G cellular, satellite) highly recommended for downloads -- our PDFs can be over 10MB and will take several minutes or more to load on slow Internet connections.

If you received our email, it should be found on either above search.
